CORPORATE AND HOSPITALITY EVENTS

With guests having more than enough events on their calendar to choose from, J Shea will ensure yours is the one they can’t miss.

We believe that all guests should feel like the events they attend have been customized just for them. We understand how important the entire experience is; taking into account all senses, and showering them with current, intriguing, and quite simply- things that they love. From the excitement they feel when they receive the invitation, to the warming sensation of the space as they enter the room, to the personalized gift handed to them as they exit the event. Everything matters- with J Shea, no details are missed, and memories are made for each and every guest.

We produce corporate galas, social events, client events, golf tournaments and more.  We spend time getting to know you and your brand; the key to ensuring we fully understand your organization’s goals. We identify purpose, beyond logistics and décor. Together, we unveil a spectacular event on your behalf.

“The Association of American Veterinary Medical Colleges (AAVMC) had a completely excellent experience working with Jessica Shea & Associates during our 50th Anniversary Gala. From start to stop, J Shea was seamless, elegant, and spectacular! At the conclusion of the event, we actually found ourselves saddened that our special working relationship with them had drawn to a close, which says something special about the special magic they bring to the table. We heartily endorse and recommend!”
– Jeffrey Douglas, Director of Communications, AAVM

“J Shea provided outstanding event planning and onsite services, and met all of my expectations (and then some). Their ideas were fresh and they thought of everything it took to execute a successful staff function.”
– Nichelle Jefferson, Office Administrator, Clifton Larson Allen

“Planning a 400 person event using a combination of staff and volunteer support requires creativity, skill and patience.  J Shea demonstrated these traits as her team managed CoSN’s 2016 “Monumental Impact” Advocacy Dinner and Auction in the District of Columbia. Jessica’s team was particularly effective at streamlining the operational process thus allowing us to maximize attendance while minimizing food costs and wait times related to check in for the event. Some of these changes were substantive changes to the operating procedure while others resulted from the use of a simple mobile application. Most importantly, she was effective in leading both staff and volunteers through this process. Not surprisingly, the J Shea team will be moving forward with us as we plan another successful event in Chicago in 2017.”
– Robert Duke, CAE, Chief Operating Officer, CoSN
